Thanx mph - I've spent the last couple of hours researching all of
the energy stocks mentioned here on this thread. I still haven't
found out why the downgrade.

However, being the worrier that I am, I'm almost certain that it will
have a negative effect on FLC. That stock has been basing (I was hoping) in only one direction for the last few sessions, so I was
thrilled to see it rally. If the downgrade came out after the market closed, that could be why neither RB nor FLC were affected by it.
There is no time mentioned in the notice.
