On waiting

Actually having waited this long, what's another month an a half. You could luck out with the quarter (a turnaround), or you could have some shares and benefit from an unexpected buyout (getting real lucky). However there is no difference between waiting 1 1/2 months or 6 months in terms of the bottom line of either approach.

In the meantime don't get pissed if you see the stock trading in the 7-8 range before the quarter report in late November, and don't get pissed if you find yourself sitting on a $6 stock in December after a bad quarter and with a much greater tax loss to take.

Why not just sit on the stock for the long run Joe and realize that that is the only way you will ever do well with NOVL. Put it away in the closet.

I have one biotech stock that I have done just that with. It goes up and it goes down, and it never reaches my break-even point, and I wait for the day that the company comes up with a cure for cancer---only that will secure me a profit.
