you could be right; i didn't check it myself but just copied what that poster wrote. but the house you said is 1.5mil is not in the "Santa Barbara area". the house's name is "The Santa Barbara", but it's located in Rancho Cucamonga, which as far as i can tell is basically the northern edge of the Inland Empire. the same house in Santa Barbara would be 5 million-plus.
and the one you said was 1.7mil in Long Beach is similarly named "The Long Beach", but is actually located in Corona. i guess people will pay a lot for a name -g-.
