I had a friend share this with me the other day. She is in her seventies as am I and there usually are a lot of pills one takes at this age and they become exceedingly difficult to swallow at times. So, here is what a Dr.told her. Put a few pills in your mouth and let them get moist. Then lower your chin downward and take a glass of liquid and swallow. It makes the pills go down easier then what I had been doing which was to throw back my head to swallow. Just a suggestion for anyone who has pills to take who has experienced the difficulty I have.
