A question:

Some history of the problem first, I have comcast broadband, it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but only when it works... more and more recently, the signal has been going out, on and off, they came and replaced the modem, but still there's intermittent signal breakups, they told me they're having trouble in the area and that they're repairing the main trunks... they're always slow to admit fault, but my system is working fine... this has been going on for a long time, twice again this morning... I was even given a three month credit as a courtesy... now my question, I'm thinking about switching to Hughesnet satellite service, I already have DirectTv and have never had any problems except for when we have a storm... any thoughts on that satellite service or am I jumping from the pan into the fire? Any input would be greatly appreciated... many thanks in advance...
