Like I said JT.

This is America... everything is for sale. I would think that you'd be acclimated by now. <Hoo><Hoo>

Frankly I thought that filing was the funniest thing I've seen since Michael Richards "BLOWed-UP" in LA. How could you possibly fail to appreciate the irony in this:

"As of March 31, 2007, the Company has not granted any incentive stock options."

But then I guess humor is a lot like dreams... One man's joke, is another man's nightmare. Oh well... life goes on... for a little while... then the BIG Rock arrives and cleans house. <vbg>

Speaking of which, if I had to guess... you'll still be talking about them selling the company out from under us in another 2 years. Not because they wouldn't... they're all too old and too heavy on sales and light on R&D expertise to have much of a future in this or any business... but because they can't get the stock price high enough.

Don't forget to watch for their "new" ASSP non-memory FRAM. My guess is they're hoping it will be a "Killer App," but their afraid to say so because they just don't know. I expect it will be some kind of analogue IC, inspired through TI's osmosis or direct infusion. I can't rule out some type of optical circuitry but I don't think they have the IP or know-how for that sector.
