JN, MS, et al: Great threads! JN, how did you know it would take me 2 hrs to read all of the threads on Hubert's Forum here?
Exciting reading! Hope no one really expected TWT to impact 2Q96 Earnings too much with only 18 days of contribution (June 12 to June 30.)
One post asked whether I was one of the "consultants" that received Preferred stock. No I wasn't. I received one Preferred certificate. It was for all of my TNT (dba TWT) stock. My goal now is to funnel as many customers, in the form of Agents and Resellers, as I can to the company, as SOON as I can. Why? Because for every buck ($1) profit we help TWT/ISGI drop to the bottom line, we increase the stock value by $25 (PE ratio 25:1.) It would be a piece of cake for each of you to do the same...but its up to you.
I've already said I'd GIVE (Free, Nada, No Charge) you a 'Page to advertise and get people to sign up with you as an Agent! (See bpli.com as an example of Mike Sawyer's 'Page. BTW, Mike, I need you to email me the percentage you want to make on your program and the resulting day, evening, night, interstate and intrastate rates that will be charged by TWT.) The completed form will go to your email address and you can utilize it as a lead.
I appreciate the referrals to Chacho's Mexican Restaurant. I would welcome each and every one of you for lunch and/or din-din! Hope to have 7 of these opened by 12/97 and do an IPO on them. Please visit bpli.com to find out where its at, menu, prices, etc.!
Back to ISGI: Please remember that my position has always been: DCA! ($-cost-avg) With the price at 55/64ths or 1/64 below 7/8, you would get more shares this week than last when it was closer to $1. Find an on-line trading vehicle so you pay as little as $14 commission for a trade. Maybe there's a less expensive one. Let us know.
One comment said I hyped the stock a lot initially. I admit I truly believe in it and have spoken highly of it... and will continue to do so. IMHO, it will be a 10-bagger!
One comment said I sugar-coated the Calif. slamming issue. IMHO, ISGI/TWT mgmt responded and negotiated the best deal that could be had under the circumstances and "grew" from the experience. They are definitely headed in a much more profitable direction now that they have completed the acquisition. Lents, Kelman, Booth, Salinas, et al, know full well that the public has them in a fish bowl for the 3rd and 4th Quarters of '96. Their careers, families and professional reputations depend on the next 4 1/2 months. They have no choice but to perform,... and IMHO, they will.
Gotta sack out! I'd like to make it to MY 50th Anniversary with my sweet wife someday 35 years from now!
