Mike, Riley posted earlier that RMCW is currently moving to a new
office and has posted two contact numbers... I can't say anything
about RMCW except that I have personally bought their water
when I was in Denver a few months ago and that they were the
major brand in two different stores where I went to buy water both
in terms of shelf space and eye level positioning.

Given the profit margin on WATER I'd say they've got a future! ;-)

My personal read on the merger, for what it is worth, is this:

1) The merger provides OVIS the neccessary cash that it did not
previously have... a big problem that always bothered me.

2) The merger provides RMCW an easy way to go public. The idea
that their IPO wasn't exactly favored by analysts doesn't surprise
me given the company's size and highly competitive market.
It wasn't saying it was a bad IPO, just that it wasn't recommended.
Personally I haven't found an IPO I feel comfortable with since they
all seem to go badly on average.

3) Morgan was brought in as a turn-around guy. I think he loves
doing this kind of thing and was looking for a way to move out of
OVIS and on to something else once he'd turned the company
around. Now he'll go off and start on another venture, providing
advice as needed by the RMCW people, and his net worth is
increased significantly by a large stake in this new company.

4) From what I see it looks like Morgan protected OVIS shareholders
excellently in the merger. We are allowed to sell our stock any
time, the RMCW investors have to wait a year. This coupled
with the move to the AMEX will force the short squeeze which
Morgan has been wanting since day one.

Just my thoughts :-)
