Once again, another fake study on Vitamin E. Vitamin E has four components, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Gamma. Every study sets up a straw dog result by only testing Alpha. What I can't figure out is who is funding the phony study.

Synthetic vitamin A, taken in large doses, has been known to be toxic since the thirties. The key here, as with most vitamin studies, is that they are done on synthetic vitamins.

It is nearly impossible to get all of the vitamins and minerals you need from food in these days of despoiled food supply. Studies have shown that fruit loses up to half of its vitamins after just one day after being picked. Even training tables of Olympic athletes have come up short on several vitamins and minerals when the athletes are tested. If you do a lot of athletic activity, you are going to be using many more of the water soluble vitamins than your diet can provide.

True, most vitamins are synthetic and not good. But there are natural ones available and most of us need them. Especially if we work out.
