"Castro's regime would not be a reliable source..."

Oh, I AGREE completely about that!

(But, I also HAVE NO DOUBT AT ALL that the US government actually *knows* all of the details already, and has for decades... and has all the information in government archives. This guy dates from the Bay of Pigs, don't 'cha know....)

Then again... there *is* the little matter of the guy actually having *confessed* his involvement in the bombings (bragged, actually...) on live radio.

Still... it would, of course, take a TRIAL to fairly ascertain guilt or innocence --- and that seems to be the ONE THING the administration is seeking to prevent.

(No doubt they are just hoping that the guy will die of old age before any of this dirty laundry gets aired.)

My only point in all of this, is that it WEAKENS our commitment to 'anti-terrorism' if we protect and hide our 'own' pet terrorists from the sanction of the law. Hypocrisy is always a fly in the ointment for the establishment and prospering of any government's ideological policy.
