It's going to be very difficult for Rude to explain how Turek managed to make such large loans to Plasticon when he was filing monthly bankruptcy reports to the court.

Turek also failed to disclose his bankruptcy on the TBLU and PLNI filings, but that will pale into insignificance if the IRS is also asking questions.

As for Turek-induced bankruptcies there is Wicklund, Laser Engineering, and Florida Curbing to date. Will Pro Mold be the next one on the list?
