Chalabi is CHeney's guy, a convicted swindler. For awhile, Cheney got Chalibai (as well as Halliburton) in charge of all Iraqi oil. During that time 10-25% of Iraqi oil was being stolen, and still is. I don't know why Chalabi was replaced, but there is tremendous corruption around the Iraqi oil, and it's on cheney's watch. Cheney is the man controlling all that. And CHeney is a very corrupt person who almost never tells us the truth about anything. Cheey may be one of the biggest crooks in the history of the world. We need more evidence though. SO far Cheney has evaded the law and any real investigations. Though we know his office outed CIA agent Plame for political reasons. That is treason.
