They just didn't. Our case wasn't helped when my buddy started shooting off his mouth. I didn't get a chance to smooth things out because I was laughing so hard they took it out on me. But when the lady got to her worm burner about 60 yards off the tee I got up to the tee box like I was going to hit away. The pace picked up quite a bit from there.
