How they would vote is irrelevant. Harris probably knew there was a good chance that the over 50% minority voters present in that gang wouldn't vote for GWB. Intentional disenfranchizement is a violation of human rights. Canadians are concerned people and have every right to address basic human rights violations in the USA.
