I see there are rumblings among the hardcore PLNI shareholders about a class-action suit. This guy, Atty David Chase, is a former SEC prosecutor working out of Florida (where Turek declared bankruptcy). Maybe he can help find and disgorge any of Turek's alleged ill-gotten gains like he plans to do on behalf of SLJB shareholders. See: Message 23541787 - Jeff
