The co has a web site: www.nhc.com; The stock had traded as high as $ 6.50 few years back. The book value of the co is about $1.1. - strange for a high tech co. I've been following this co & also hold fair # of shares for a number of years. The co started off as a network switch product manufacturer. Then they go into network software( WIREMAN ). The sale of this software product has been very disappointing. There was a major change in the controling shareholders about 2 years ago. Well, it's a long story.
