Judging from its trading history, I view this as a clearly manipulated stock, regardless of its operations. As long as VTEH stays in the twenties and doesnt go down on a daily basis, there is no conclusive evidence of shorting. Although there may be no reason to BUY this stock, I think at its current level it is still on the Market Maker LAUNCHPAD, and I am holding to see what will happen. I think the next news release is not far away and will trigger the next UPWARD manipulation! And on these scam stocks the manipulation could go quite high. Good luck!
