Greetings from Paris, France, everyone!

Just some quick thoughts:

- Food is awesome here.

- The natives are more diverse in race and culture than I thought, though I guess I should have expected it.

- Everything is freakin' expensive thanks to the weak dollar.

- My very limited knowledge of French is turning out to be very useful. They seem to not mind the fact that I don't speak it fluently; instead they seem to be more helpful when I try.

- The hotel room is cramped and tiny. Two twin beds stuck together isn't very couple-friendly.

- Places visited so far: Eiffel Tower, Louvre (including the Mona "I AM saying cheese" Lisa), Sacre-Couer, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees. Heading to Versailles soon. Orsee tomorrow. Moulin Rouge might be fun, but it doesn't seem like it's worth the money.

- City architecture reminds me of Washington, D.C. (Thank you Lafayette.)
