I am aware of at least 3 Canadian companies that have been actively seeking opportunities in Iraq for the past 2-3 years; however, IPC's name has bever been associated with any of these, to the best of my knowledge. Two of the non-Canadian major players in Iraq are Total and Petronas-is there a Petronas connection here (PM-3, Sudan....)?
