It is good to see that ORCL is moving up. If it can pass 39 next week, we will be safe. Otherwise, it would be another sign of further delining. I was told that 50% stocks are sold and bought basing on technical analysis, the other 50% based on fundamental analysis. Therefore, when the trend is shows downward, it will continue to go down, no matter how good the company is during that period of time.
