Bugg, you're a pukin' moron. You could have issued shares at $18. You could have issued shares at $14. But what do you do? You start talking to bankers and major shareholders during a protracted period of share weakness. Jerk. "Hi, Banker? Hi, this is Charles Bugg. I was wondering if you'd like to short the hell out of my stock, and then I could give you ooooooodles of cheap shares to give to our major shareholders. You can let them short too, right? And they can cover with some of the new shares? Is that the way it works? I'm sorta dumb, ya know.... you need to spell it out for me. Oh, ok. If I'm really slooooooow at the process, they can even reset their basis? Cooooooool! I'm accustomed to moving slowly in this business, nobody will ever notice."
