Re: Sasamat. Well. I was certainly put in my place today. The Ontario Security Administrator contacted me and was very helpful told me it was outside their Jurisdiction but gave me the phone number for B.C. security commission. When I contacted them I was told that under canadian law there was no requirement for canadian companies to mail financial info and proxies to U.S. shareholder as the canadian regulators were there to protect Canadian shareholders. Well, excuse me. I suppose U.S. shareholders should bear that in mind when considering future canadian investments!
