They are calling a trial with 36 subjects "pivotal?" Not much actual data at all, no p numbers, hazard ratios, confidence intervals, or anything resembling a demonstration of statistical significance except their word for it. I see the Geron hype machine is back in full gear. And investors know such BS when they see it; the stock is down a bit.

Sheesh.
