Timing is everything, I am up close to 100%... When I bought, VTOPF bounced around for months like this. Either you believe that Vietnam is going to be a great investment in the long run, or you don't. I do. I think worries abound a China bubble are now spilling over into Vietnam's market, dampening enthusiasm.
