Hi Ron,

I did a little more research on what the VSE means by inactive.
It's like a stage a company goes through when management and projects change. The company has to file a reactivation plan to the VSE and meet certain working capital requirements in addition to having a geological property of "merit"(which they have). An inactive company is not allowed to set stock options until it has completed its reactivation. A company that fails to complete its reactivation plan can be delisted but I know understand this is extremely rare. It appears that GTH is very close to having its inactive status lifted. Sorry about the confusion on my earlier post.

Just a word of warning. If you were an insider with no stock options would you move the price of your stock up before you got your options, or after? Remember, stock options are priced on a ten day average. So don't expect this stock to roar ahead the very day the inactive status
is lifted by the VSE. Give it at least ten days. Who knows the price might actually drop so the insiders can get lower options. Funnier things have happened on the VSE.
