While my main point about screen protections had little to do with conventional cable tv-like content delivery, you eventually did touch on where I was going by succinctly decoupling the unspoken presumed obligations of the end user with the "real" contract between the advertiser and the Web page provider, or publisher. Thanks.

"In fact, no such contract exists. Many advertisers on popular websites are piggybacking for their own gain, as opposed to subsidizing the provider's content, and the real contract is between the provider and the advertiser."
