Tom, I've got a Webster's unabridged dictionary, it must weigh about 15 pounds. Couldn't locate the word "tranche", which they refer to in the press release. Maybe somebody out there has, say, a 20 pounder, and can shed some light on the meaning? Might be French, pronounced TRAN chay, and means something like "to pull the wool over the eyes".
