If you've ever been down in the coal mine at perhaps the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, or down in the Laray Caverns or Mammouth Cave when they turned the lights out to show you "..total darkness..", you'd really appreciate being able to communicate with someone up above if you were stuck down there.... IPKL is now known by the United Mine Workers Union and the Mine Safety people in D.C., ....once step at a time. John :-) .
