I just met with new clients who had a two year old with them. He made the odd sound during the conference, but was basically quiet. The mom insisted he was a handful. (I'm sure he actually is) I just looked him in the eye and said "you seem pretty easy to me." He remained stockstill after that. I have this effect on children...lol
