It can be a symptom, but certainly the nausea can mean other things too.

Dr's have to look at the entire picture which will include many other symptoms and warning signs which can vary from person to person.

Women usually have different heart attack symptoms then men have.

I have also heard that some people have heart attacks in their sleep and never wake up........ever!
