John and Atin: As I noted previously, when the CANSLIM "M" is in the midst of an intermediate term move to the upside (which as we all know is the time to buy and hold CANLSIM stocks and we are in now), my experience is that the PB short is a very dangerous system. That doesn't mean you won't catch a few, but you're win/lose ratio is going to send you to the poor house.

The leaders do not often fail when the market is strong. My view is that when you start to see the market heading into some significant distribution, that's when you start to look for PB shorts that are showing signs of failure.

Also, I followed the PB shorts daily until I realized that the RS and A/D swings can occur so rapidly that you can get a buy signal one day, and a cover signal the next.

Good luck with the shorts. My "M" indicator says now is not the time!!
