That makes a market. You can earn a guaranteed 5% on that money in the bank with no risk. Conversely, you can experience the volatility we've witnessed over the last year and one-half and it cuts both ways. Do you think it will take 5 years for the democrats to crimp the refiners' style? I don't. I also think that simplification of the 19 boutique fuel standards, times 3 for each fuel grade, for a total of 57 unique fuel compositions, will go a long way to reducing gasoline price volatility. In my opinion, it is coming sooner than most think and to mitigate the time in between, I think we will see gasoline imports from overseas where they can produce our boutique fuels and capture a massive spread, just like they did last year.
