Hey LC - per Peggy Kent on the CC, CMM has two law firms working for it and a detailed legal strategy. Since this is a well known situation, one that has scared away some from operating in Peru, it is key to note that CMM's lawyers will resolve this in CMM's favor, where the lawyers that have been working the issue for years have not been able to do so. Peggy is confident of the legal strategy. What more assurance does one need? <grin> As far as the deals go, it sounds like CMM has already paid funds for the deal, so in spite of them not being technically "done" there has been an offer, acceptance and some exchange of funds...the three basic tenants to a contract. H3
