I have been playing it by the weekly chart & its RSI.<g>

Watching to take profits when the RSI gets > 80 & watching to buy when the RSI gets < 30

The RSI is now around 37 on the weekly,so it is getting close for a rebound.<g>

On the daily the Ls have been with a RSI < 20 on the one minute chart.
At 3:04PM when the price first dipped below $15 the RSI went down to 17 & the RSI went to 25 when it started to come back at 3:15PM & by 3:45PM it got up to 84 with the good upticks it was having then with the price at $15.31 (it got to trade at $15.37 at 3:58PM but the RSI was only 75 )

I plan to buy more on a stop above $16.30 to replace the ones I sold at higher levels.

As you said, the news remain good, the institutions continue to add. The only caveat is that the insiders have been selling & the EE for 2007 are down to around $0.01 vs. the $0.27/shr in 2006. For 2008 is that the EE are up to $0.55/shr., but all those could be wrong.<g>

The stock isn't doing well AHs.
Look at all the insiders sales in April & May:
