Yeah, as I read from elsewhere apparently you are not alone, the maven of this board came to much the same conclusion. In fact, the issue of who "wins" the property is apparently only half of the battle. Once one gets free and clear title, they can step in and battle with the two warring factions of the local informals who are heavily armed, or battle the farmers who are against mining of any kind and have their own armed militias that have been active. LOL! Sounds like quite a mess! H3
