I think this was an attempt by Murphy to take back the business...Why else set up a receiver company back in the first of January. Turek has already paid the guy 2 1/2 million bucks. Hell, if I had a client that gave me that much money and he was a few weeks late on $125K I'd say no problem...but evidently Murphy wanted ProMold so If Murphy is being a hard a_ _ then what better way to get out from under his BS..??? The problem here is what would a re-organization mean for shareholders...Look at K-Mart...not a bad play if you got in at the basement..My first stock was Chrystler when they filed to re-organize back in the 70's...Folks were ecouraging the Federal government at the time to bail them out or everyone thought they would go belly up...I bought three thousand shares at $3.63 and sold it at $42.25...I guess that was the trade that gave me the market bug...If he does file then I'll be interested in the 90 days after...but...Murphy will have screwed the pooch...made his end around play to get ProMold back and lost... investorshub.com
