If there is a 'larger lawsuit filed against Turek' that he has not publicly disclosed in any way, say by filing an 8-K, then I'd say he has even more trouble ahead than the Pro Mold situation. If he moves to file bankruptcy as a means to prevent the Pro Mold auction then where does he file for that? PLNI is a WY corporation, with HQ in Lexington KY, and the auction is in St Louis MO. And how is Rude going to reconcile what he knows about Turek's personal bankruptcy, the Laser Engineering and Florida Curbing banruptcies with his responsibilities as a PLNI board member?
