Paul was careful about the words he used, but the underlying message was loud and clear, everyone got it... do you think Rudy also misunderstood Paul? I don't think so... Paul's message is that we are responsible for the attacks on our country because we don't belong in the middle east, we now have "blowback" because of our very presence... what would you call blowback? You can ask 1,000 people and 1,000 people will tell you that the message was plainly clear... hey listen, if it looks like a duck, and if it walks like a dick, and if it quacks like a duck, then it's a duck...
