I appreciate your thoughts. It essentially does bring RMCW public without the benefit of a prospectus, though. If this was a tough deal to bring to market though, why is is such a good deal for OVIS shareholders?

Yeah, good thoughts and overview by John Fairbanks. Since the try at the IPO for RMCW was, what, a year and a half ago, think you have to consider things from that perspective. What was that market like then as opposed to now? How have they grown since then? What did they have or not have that they do now? You have to look at what they each - RMCW and OVIS - bring to the table now for each other that makes this a good move for both.
