Unless you hack into one of their servers you won't be able to do it. You could always try to convince a site to do that, but it's unlikely they'll agree unless you are willing to pay for it. Continuous (or almost continuous) refresh adds a tremendous amount of server and bandwidth load.

If you really need continuous quotes, why not try one of the Internet-bases streaming applications? My favorite, since I work at DBC, is StockEdge. You can read about it and sign up for it at dbc.com $79/mo you get RT continuously updating quotes. Sounds expensive, until you realize that you can pay for a whole year's of service with just one good trade.
