ONSL filed an S-1 on Friday (10/3) announcing a secondary offering of 2.3 million shares. I am short on this one, too. The reason it has been so strong lately is everyone is awaiting some kind of alliance with QVC or Home Shopping Network. I believe once the announcement comes through longs will sell into strength ahead of the lockup expiration. Shorts will take advantage of the opportunity as well. So far, shorts are nibbling.
