Airys418 makes very negative comments about Steve Sulja, and wants him out of SLJB

Good morning all! I have been thinking for the past few days about something that is really, really bothering me with Sulja. I am so upset, that I haven't even wanted to discuss it on the boards until now because I do not feel that this can wait any longer and you all deserve to know what is really going on.
Many of you guys have been calling me and asking me for my opinion on the current situation with the company, what I think will come out and what I think will happen once all is said and done.
Although I still believe in the company, I am very upset at how Steve Sulja is running the show. In plain English, I will say that I think that he is doing more harm than good to us at the moment.
I believe that this company will never get off it's feet the way we expect it to until Steve Sulja is completely out of the picture. I will no longer support Steve Sulja as our ceo and if something doesn't change very soon, the company will lose my support.
Some of you may think that I am crazy, and you're probably right. Am I overreacting? Not a chance!
I have always promised to give it to you as it is, no sugar coating, and that is what I am going to do, even if some don't like what I am going to say. You deserve to know the truth, especially after the hell that we have all been put through.
Sulja has been my "baby" for a year now, I have always been their greatest supporter and trusted friend. It was up until a few weeks ago that I started to see a side of Steve Sulja that I didn't like at all. One that has made me think twice about where we are going with Steve as our CEO.
To be honest with you, I don't like it one bit and I am not afraid to say it, because it is what I genuinely believe is the truth.
Steve, in my opinion is without a doubt NOT the man to have running our company. He is not capable of being a CEO the way we would expect him to be because he does not face the issues the company is facing as he should and I do not see him as a strong leader that we can rely on.
I am embarrassed to say we have a CEO like Steve Sulja because in my opinion, he does not care about any of the investors at all.
I have spoken to him on the phone in the past and I was honestly left with more questions than answers when we hung up. I tried to give it more time to see if maybe things would change but nothing has changed and in my opinion, it is getting worse.
He will not give you any straight answers if you are lucky enough to speak to him, and in my honest opinion, he is completely incapable of doing the job that we investors expect him to do.
Not to mention that after 2 trips to Windsor so far this year, I still have not met him or even had a call back from him. My personal feeling on this is that he does not want to be put into a position where he will have to answer real questions to investors. Probably because he doesn't know how to answer them or doesn't want to answer them.
We deserve better than that!
Does this sound like a man you all want running our company?
Does this sound like a man you trust with company issues?
Does this sound like a man that you would trust with your hard earned money?
Not me!
Guys, I get the feeling that he would just rather ignore us all no matter what happens to the company. In my opinion, he does not have what it takes to be the CEO of this company and we are going to head into a very ugly path if something doesn't change now.
I do not trust him any longer and simply will not support him from this day forward.
Leslie and Petar know how I feel, and although they have not told me directly, I have a feeling they agree with what I have said.
I hope this wasn't too much too fast but I simply had to do it. Guys, I have always been your friend. I have always looked out for our best interests. I would not be telling you this if I didn't really think it would make a difference. I have asked myself many times about doing what I have just done. I've asked myself if I was going crazy for saying what I have said. In the end, I know that as long as I am truthfull in what I say, some would understand.
I only want the best for SLJB and all of it's shareholders. But I cannot ignore this any longer because if I did, I'd be turning my backs on you, which I would never do.
It's your money, you decide what happens to it. However, I hope you all take VERY seriously what I have just said because I am not kidding. We need to get Steve Sulja out of SLJB ASAP or we will be faced with a bigger problem in the future!
Rick
