I don't know who that someone is.

I just know that the pump price has gone up much more than wholesale price.

I'm glad to know that it doesn't seem to be as nationwide as I thought.

Still, all of the stations in this area have really bumped up the price.

perhaps instead of gouging I should have said price fixing. That would be where there is an agreement to collectivly raise prices.
