Speaking as a former business-owner myself, I don't see anything wrong with Steve Sulja's actions.

After all, he & his family built Sulja Bros. to where they are today & I'm sure that he & others there at Sulja Bros. only want the best for their company FIRST & the rest will fall into place after.

Personally, I feel that Steve Sulja is probably like me in attitude & personality, in that I'd rather deal with the day-to-day operations of the business & let others who enjoy that sort of thing, deal with the shareholders!

I'm sure that Steve is disgusted with the bashers, the manipulators, the OSC, etc... I sure would be!

John Good, this is my last post regarding this topic.

You said:

My answer:

Steve brought that upon himself by giving the bashers the ammunition to attack the company. The proper communication and answers to the shareholders is all that is needed, especially in a time when there is confusion.

When information is not delivered through the proper channels in the way that is neccessary, by a CEO who knows how to step up to the plate when needed, this is what you get, bashers everywhere that feed on the lack of communication, timing and follow through.

The good thing is that it can all be turned around in a very positive way if done correctly. We are the shareholders, owners, boss of Sulja. We have the power and the right to replace an individual when we feel that they are not doing their job as we expect.

How else are we going to move forward with all of the goals this company has set for itself when the leadership isn't knowledgable in this magnitude of expansion?

When things don't play as planned, who do we blame?

In most cases it's the person/people in charge of making the decisions with our money. When a CEO is allowed to stay in a position we know he is not capable of and we lose money, who's fault is it then?

It's our fault!

We are the only ones that can truly put the pressure on the company to put someone in place as CEO as soon as possible, that can lead us with the strength and courage we need.

We are going through some very positive transitions at the moment and we need to make sure that once the ball gets rolling, it will not stop because of lack of leadership.

If we are ever going to hit the levels that some expect, we need someone who will commit to this company and it's shareholders for a reasonable period of time. Someone who will not just answer the phone, we need someone who will give us the answers.

I do not believe for one minute that we have been given what we deserve to hear. In my opinion, Steve either needs to seriously make a quick turn around, or he will need to step down.

I have found through previous expericnce with Sulja that pressure does work.

Everyone at Sulja still considers me a true friend to the company and you should too. Don't let these comments ruin your day. All I ask before you respond to me is that you sit and really analyze what I have said. Keep in mind the close relationship I have had with the company over the course of a year, and the relationship I will have with them for years to come.

Peace,

Rick

Guys, just remember that I have not had a sudden change of mind. I am still a supporter of the company, but I will no longer support Steve Sulja.

I have seen enough to know what I am talking about.

Sulja, the company will do just fine once this change is made. As a group of very solid investors, I propose that we slowly begin the discussion of who will replace him. Remember, we have until July 5th.
