HALO Has been one of the best performing Biotechs so far this Yr. bigcharts.marketwatch.com It had a good month in Dec, after it announced its deal with Roche on its Enhanze Technology. The stock hasn't responded to the presentations at the SCRIP conference in Berlin this week.It was downgraded from "buy" to "hold" by Roth Capital on Monday.
