If I only had 1,000.00 bucks invested I would probably think that way< however I don't I have 75,000 invested and I want them to follow thru with some tranparency. If I tried to sell It would destroy the stock price. So I guess I don't have much of a choice but to wait and be at thier mercy. I have much invested as well.
What we need to do then is wait it out, and act like investors.
Many here have tousands of dollars in this stock, but constant calls to the company, and negativity on these message boards do not promote confidence, or a positive move in the PPS. If we all want this to move to OTCBB, Nasdaq etc., then we need to stay positive, and patient.
WORDS MANIFEST, AND DIVISION KILLS!!!!!
To be real honest. If I was Leslie, and saw the reactions to all she has done through Rick, and the PR's, I would not say another word until the A/F's were Edgarizred and posted, and the OSC hearings were concluded. She can not win. And by the way, if you wanted to sell that badly, you can do so without destroying the stock price.
The mm's do it everyday and we continue to hold. Not an attack at you, just a comment. God Bless
Charlie, thank you for your feedback. One thing I didn't mention that also has an influence on my decision is as follows:
If I'm not mistaken, Steve Sulja is the one that put out the unaudited numbers last year.
In my honest opinion, any CEO that makes the kind of mistake Steve made by putting out numbers that clearly were not accurate does not belong in the same position, probably setting us up for a similar "innocent" mistake.
I'm sorry, I just don't agree with it. Why wait until later to clear up the mess when it can be done efficiently before the July 5th hearing.
My dad once told me
"son, don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today."
I live by those words every day of my life! This is no different. We already have the proof right in front of us. All we have to do is act upon it and do what we think is right for the company. If you guys don't want to address this issue anymore, I understand, but those are the facts.
We have a chance to start from a clean slate when all is said and done. In my opinion, it would be wrong to make the change after the OSC because it will destabilize the positive forward momentum we should have at that time.
The time for change is now. The sooner Steve is replaced with a more capable person, the sooner our true road to recovery begins.
A company is only as good as it's management. Sulja has some great people that are good at what they do, but not all are public company material.
Steve and the Sulja family were great at running the show when it was a much smaller entity. Now that the company is talking about overseas expansion and big deals, we need to keep everything in balance if we are to ever succeed.
