WTF IS a "world bank", anyway?

It's really just another boondoggle creation of the great post WWII myth that the catastrophe of the war would have been prevented by institutions that didn't soil their hands with nationalism. It's a UN of money, and just about as useful.

Much of the third world has emerged economically from the debunked 19th century socialist quagmire-by ignoring the World Bank...
