Any incident --a car bomb, a rampage shooting involving nonwhite perpetrators-- could spark a violent public outcry... The Minutemen will feel they've got a field day --their numbers are likely to swell and their shooting of innocent wetbacks will further poison the US-Mexican relations... In short, the US will look like a beehive after it's been kicked hard with a bat --a slide into permanent hysteria. At that point, the only variable to follow will not be "Iran" or "al qaeda" or "bin laden" or "Islamism" but the Anglo vs Hispanic strife and its morphing into an ETA-/IRA-like terrorist warfare. That's indeed the one and only nemesis that awaits the US if it doesn't roll back its "global war on terror" madness..... Gus
