But everyone knows Sunw cash and equivalent holdings are not yet ready for a lump sum purchase of borrowed Sunw stock? Maybe spread out ten years, 3 million shares at a time?

Maybe, Scott and Jonathan are talking about a management buyout? $3 billion will buy about 600 million shares.
