Recent IBM and Sunw stock buy back plan maybe a building of cash pool for these two stocks by one of the conservative(not famous for commodity trading) full service brokerage. Its always good to see cash pool being built up if the plan continues with conviction. IBM(borrowed $10 billion) had such arrangement with their specialist and climbed above $50 to $150.00 per share in the 1990s. IBM was also part of the stock pool, may still have the same arrangement with the current IBM chair. So, Sunw management has to be patient for a three bagger, if the buy back plan is executed correctly.
